Warranty

A non-transferable warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 10 years (Emerald Smoke Alarms) and 2 years (ZEN Smoke Alarms).

Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Photoelectric Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.

Returns

We offer a 30 day easy returns policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email or phone call.

All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us with the original undamaged packaging.

Goods are to be posted back at the buyer’s expense. When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. Customer maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by ZEN Smoke Alarms.

Upon receipt of the returned alarms, a refund of the purchase price less a $14.95 re-stocking fee will be initiated within 24 hours.
