Hello!

We are Ben and Christian Bassos, two brothers from Queensland with combined professional backgrounds in industrial safety, e-commerce, and customer service. Our smoke alarm website was successfully launched in 2019 to help improve fire protection safety in Australian households.

Being landlords ourselves, we wanted to find a safe, hassle-free and affordable solution to the new QLD interconnected photoelectric smoke detector laws.

We researched many different interconnected photoelectric smoke alarm manufacturers and trialed a number of products. During this process we gained a unique insight into what makes some interconnected smoke alarms better (or poorer) than others being sold on the Aussie market. ZEN Smoke Alarms is a result of that intensive research. We genuinely believe ours are the best on the market.

Our personal values in life consist of integrity, hard work, and a positive attitude – we want these same values to be reflected in the way we do business. To that end we look forward to helping you protect your home and family against the hazards associated with a fire.
